The bepacked.com idea started with travel enthusiasts and IT professionals Dirk Eisner and Leopold Humbel.
The aim was to create a reputable and independent website helping domestic and international travellers in their quest for the "Great Australian Experience". The idea was to give travellers online tools to easily find relevant information about Australia and also tools to plan and document their trip.
At the same time anyone should have an easy way to promote and describe what Australia has to offer (Content Providers).
Development started mid 2006 with a small but enthusiastic and professional team. The interactive online map of Australia was born and the bepacked.com website opened to the public in Q3, 2007.

"Bepacked" is a trading name of BPACK PTY LTD, a registered Australian Company owned by the founders and developers of www.bepacked.com.
